uTagGo is an platform that integrate various services for drivers. Drivers can enter and exit the parking lot quickly by eTag , and automatically withhold payment.
uTagGo is an exclusive app for drivers that improves the driving experience. It provides automatically parking payment and eTag recharge services. You can also deserved points rewards when you park your car, and the points can be used to redeem ETC highway tolls for free!

My role

My responsibility of this product starting from User interviews, initial concept design, feature roadmap, user flow, visual design, prototyping, delivering high-fidelity mockups and communicate to developers.
▪ Develop project guideline specifications.
▪ Plan and design the user interface of app.
▪ Present to PM and RD the concept of design.
▪ Conduct user interview.

Wireframe

Based on the information from user experience research, I designed the process of the home, Parking record, ETC record, gas station map, parking map and registration and record of vehicle.

User Interface

▪ The homepage will change with time and weather changes, making it more interesting for users.

▪ Users can find cooperative parking lots, gas station information, ETC service centers, etc. on the uTagGo app.

▪ The uTagGo app provides information on roadside parking spaces. You can search for real-time parking spaces on the app.

▪ You can edit your vehicle information and check parking records and highway ETC records on the uTagGo app.
