▪ Led experience optimization and service planning for both mobile app and web platforms. Mastering the overall design and business strategy of the product, I focus on ensuring that the product meets market demand and business goals.
▪ Proposed and drove development of several innovative digital services, including Map Services, New Car Service, AI Voice Assistant, and more.
▪ Collaborated with UI/UX designers, engineers, and data teams to iterate on features using user feedback and analytics.
▪ Conducted competitor studies and user research for various products within the parking business.
▪ Designed interfaces for different platforms, including websites, apps, pay stations, and Telematics (CarPlay & Android Auto).
▪ Found solutions using usability testing or user behavior research to optimize the user experience.

New Car Service
1. Led end-to-end planning and UX design, from user flow definition to backend integration.
2. Conducted internal alignment and usability testing, created wireframes and prototypes.
3. Resulted in an improved user experience for browsing and comparing new car models, integrated with personalized recommendations and dealer information.
Map Services
1. Designed and developed map-based features to help users easily find nearby parking lots, inspection stations, and car washes.
2. Designed a multi-functional interactive interface to enhance service usability and convenience for different user needs.

UI/UX design team leader

As the design team leader, I hold design sharing meetings every two weeks. These sessions help team members bring up any challenges they're facing so we can brainstorm solutions together. This approach improves how we handle issues when working independently. It encourages team members to openly discuss design-related problems in meetings and collectively come up with better ideas.
